Walkley Yard

Walkley Yard is the maintenance and storage facility that services the trains of OC Transpo's O-Train Trillium Line (Line 2). It is located just northeast of Greenboro Station.

Walkley Yard was originally a CN Rail facility built in 1955 that the City of Ottawa has been leasing since the O-Train first opened in 2001.

O-Train Fans takes you on a Behind the Scenes visit to this facility, showing you the insides, what goes on and how the trains are maintained each day.

Belfast Yard

Belfast Yard is the maintenance and storage facility for the trains used on the Confederation Line. It is located just across from the Trainyards Shopping Plaza along Belfast Road and can be accessed by tracks connecting to the Confederation Line in between Tremblay and St. Laurent Stations. This facility is where the Alstom Citadis Spirit trains were assembled, as well as all related maintenance and repairs. Belfast Yard also contains a backup control centre for O-Train Line 1 operations, in the event that the main OC Transpo TOCC is non-fonctional.

Moodie Yard

Moodie Yard is the light maintenance and storage facility for the trains used on the Confederation Line. It is located adjacent to highway 417 between Moodie and Eagleson approaching Kanata.

Moodie Light Maintenance and Storage Facility (LMSF) will provide additional vehicle storage and perform light maintenance programs such as seat repairs, window replacement, flooring replacement, door repair, electronic component replacement, cleaning and systems testing. The Moodie LMSF will be built to accommodate 24 vehicles opening day, with the potential for phased expansion to get to an ultimate capacity of 90 vehicles.
